Yes, the plugin also offers a free trial on 3 documents, where you can test the functionality of the plugin and the display of documents on the page. The free trial is limited to 1 month from the installation of the plugin and domain registration.

After purchase, you will be automatically redirected to a page where you can register your domain and obtain an annual license. Then simply install the plugin, fill in your basic company details – or load them automatically via your company ID number from the commercial register. Then just activate the required documents, add specific information to them, and display them on your website using a simple shortcode.

We recommend enabling automatic updates so that you always have access to the latest version. We regularly improve the plugin – adding new features, increasing security, and ensuring that your data and documents are always in compliance with current legislation.

The plugin is only available as an annual (or multi-year) license. We offer discounted prices for longer periods, including multi-licenses. If you are interested in special terms, we recommend contacting us before purchasing a license.

After the license expires, the documents will remain active on the website, but you will lose the ability to edit them. Before the license expires, we will send you an informational email to renew your license. The license must be renewed no later than 2 weeks after its expiration date. Otherwise, the document will no longer be displayed.

Upgrading to a higher tariff is easy – you only pay the difference from your current license. After payment, the new features will automatically become available to you directly in the plugin settings. In the next billing period, you will continue with the new, higher license.

Yes, switching to a lower tariff is possible from the following billing period. Just let us know about the change in advance and we will adjust your license according to your requirements at the next renewal.

Yes, just contact us and we will be happy to issue you a multi-license that will allow you to use the plugin on multiple domains according to your needs.

If you have an ULTIMATE license, document updates are included in the price and happen automatically. For other licenses, you can buy automatic updates anytime to make sure your documents are always up to date with the latest laws. You can find the current prices in our price list.

Yes, with the ULTIMATE license, you can create and manage your own documents directly in the plugin. If you need help designing a document tailored to your business, we will be happy to help you create and set it up.

You can easily change the legal form in the plugin settings – select the new legal form, load the current company data, and save the settings. The documents will automatically adapt to the new legal form immediately after saving.

Yes, just enter your company ID number and we will automatically retrieve all the necessary data from the publicly available commercial register. All you have to do is check the data and save the settings.

Using a simple shortcode, you can generate a list of all activated documents. Just paste it into the footer of the page and save – the documents will be displayed automatically.

We prepare updated versions of documents whenever there is a change in legislation. Changes are applied automatically for users with a ULTIMATE license. Other licenses will be notified of the availability of a new set of documents – after purchasing the update, the documents on your page will be updated automatically.

This notification means that some information in the document has not yet been filled in. Simply fill it in under “Document settings” in the plugin. Once you have filled it in, refresh the page in your browser and the notification will automatically disappear.

We are currently working on the PDF printing feature. We will notify you by email as soon as it becomes available. You will then be able to easily print documents directly from the plugin settings – with just a few clicks.

No problem – you can also add documents to your website using embed code. This option is available as part of the ULTIMATE license and allows you to easily insert documents outside the WordPress platform.

Yes, selected documents support multilingual display. If you need a specific document in another language, just contact us and we will be happy to help you.
